1、 Purpose:
The SYD-255A liquid petroleum asphalt distillation tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of T0632 "Liquid Petroleum Asphalt Distillation Test" in the national industry standard JTJ052 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering", and is suitable for determining the fraction content of liquid petroleum asphalt.

2、 Technical parameters
1. Working power supply: AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz.
2. Flask cover: made of iron sheet, coated with black on the surface, equipped with a wooden handle. There is a notch opposite the handle that allows the distillation flask branch to pass through. The flask cover has a rectangular observation window, and a transparent mica sheet is inserted into the window frame.
3. Distillation flask: made of hard glass, heat-resistant above 500 ℃. The diameter of the bottle body is ф 102 ± 2.0mm, the neck of the bottle body is 25 ± 1.2mm thick, and the branch pipe and neck form an angle of 75 °± 3 °.
4. Temperature gauge: 0~360 ℃, with a division of 1 ℃, in compliance with the technical specifications for distillation thermometers in the national standard GB514 "Technical Conditions for Liquid Thermometers for Petroleum Product Testing".
5. Condenser tube and bracket: The condenser tube is composed of ф 12.5 ± 0.5 glass tubes and is supported by two brackets
6. Heating thermostat: composed of a heating electric furnace and a controllable silicon temperature control circuit box shell, with a power of 1000W/220V and adjustable heating rate.
7. Measuring cylinder: The measuring cylinder is divided into 100 milliliters with a division of 0.5 milliliters.
8. Guide tube: made of thick glass (about 1 mm), horn shaped, with a bend angle of about 1050, with a large end inner diameter of 18 mm and a small end inner diameter of not less than 5mm.
9. Electric furnace gasket: made of silicon carbide, with an outer diameter of ф 105mm, inner diameters of ф 50mm, ф 3mm, and three types with notches.
