The SYD-0613 Asphalt Brittle Point Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0613 "Asphalt Brittle Point Test (Fras Method)" of the industry standard JTJ052 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for measuring the Fras Brittle Point of asphalt materials in accordance with the requirements specified in JTJ052-T0613 standards.

1、 Main technical features
1. The instrument consists of an outer cylinder, insulation cylinder, thermometer, lower clamp, upper clamp, fixing rod, base, guide rail, cutting block, handle, thin steel sheet (test film substrate) and other parts.
2. The insulation cylinder is a double-layer glass cylinder used to hold solid carbon dioxide (dry ice) and ethanol mixture, and is the cooling device of the instrument.
3. The fixed metal sheet used for the lower clamp and upper clamp.
4. The fixed rod and movable rod are made of laminated wood, which overcomes some of the drawbacks of the original metal tube, such as changes in instrument performance caused by factors such as lubrication, corrosion, and temperature.
5. The base, guide rail, cutting block, handle and other parts are used to change the axial relative position of the fixed rod and the movable rod, and to bend the metal sheet.
