The SYD-0613A Automatic Asphalt Brittle Point Tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in the Chinese standard GB/T4501 "Determination of Brittle Point of Petroleum Asphalt" and the Chinese industry standard JTJ052 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering", specifically T0613 "Asphalt Brittle Point Test (Frass Method)". It is suitable for measuring the Frass Brittle Point of asphalt materials in accordance with the requirements specified in GB/T4501 and JTJ052-T0613 standards.

1、 Main technical features
1. This instrument consists of a brittle point tester and a low-temperature water bath. The brittle point tester is the main body of the brittle point test, while the low-temperature water bath is used to circulate and cool the refrigeration device of the brittle point tester.
2. The freezing chamber of the brittle spot tester mainly provides a cooling environment with a cooling rate of 1 ℃ per minute.
3. The electric bending mechanism of the brittle spot tester automatically loads the sample, causing it to bend once per minute.
4. The operation panel of the brittle point tester consists of a LCD display screen, an operation keyboard, function switches, a printer, etc., which can be easily operated and intuitively display the test results of the sample.
