1、 Purpose:
The SYD-0615 Asphalt Wax Content Tester (fully equipped high-end type) is developed in accordance with the requirements specified in the national industry standards SH/T0425 "Determination of Petroleum Asphalt Wax Content" and JTJ052 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering", specifically T0615 "Asphalt Wax Content Test". Suitable for determining the wax content in petroleum asphalt, petroleum asphalt produced from vacuum residue of natural crude oil, and road petroleum asphalt.
The temperature controller of this instrument adopts a digital temperature controller with high precision, clear temperature display, and convenient temperature control point setting. It has high temperature control accuracy, rapid cooling, and easy operation; The instrument can simultaneously perform analysis tests on three samples at a time, with high testing efficiency. It is an ideal instrument for analyzing asphalt wax content in industries such as petrochemicals, construction, and highway construction.

2、 Main technical features
1. This instrument uses distillation cooling method to determine the wax content of the sample. The instrument is divided into two parts: the upper part contains a stirring motor, temperature sensor, gas distributor, sample vessel hanging hook, etc., and the lower part is the cooling and filtering part.
2. The specially designed gas distributor and sample vessel hanging hook of this instrument fully consider the professionalism of instrument use, making instrument use more reasonable and convenient.
3. The constant temperature bathtub of this instrument adopts a large-diameter Dewar flask with good insulation performance, and the observation window does not fog, making observation convenient.
4. The temperature controller of this instrument adopts a digital temperature controller with high precision, clear temperature display, and convenient temperature control point setting. It has high temperature control accuracy, rapid cooling, and easy operation.
5. The instrument is a floor standing structure that can perform analysis tests on three samples simultaneously, with high testing efficiency.
