The SYD-0711A Asphalt Mixture Theoretical Maximum Relative Density Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements specified in T0711 "Asphalt Mixture Theoretical Maximum Relative Density Test (Vacuum Method)" of the industry standard JTJ052 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" of the People's Republic of China. It is suitable for determining the theoretical maximum relative density of asphalt mixtures by vacuum method, and is used for calculating void ratio, compaction degree, etc. in asphalt mixture mix design, road condition investigation, or pavement construction quality management. But it is not suitable for asphalt mixtures with porous aggregates with a water absorption rate greater than 3%.
