JW10-252 (G) type high-voltage AC grounding switch is an independently installed high-voltage outdoor grounding device. Suitable for 220kV power lines with AC 50Hz, it is used to release static charges from the inspected lines and equipment, and to implement electrical safety grounding for high-voltage equipment such as busbars and circuit breakers during maintenance, so that there are obvious grounding opening and closing signs in the line, ensuring the personal safety of maintenance personnel during power outages. Usually, in places where a single column vertical disconnect switch is used, it is used to ground the upper busbar.

The JW10-252 (G) 252kV outdoor high-voltage AC isolation switch is a one-step action type, using SRCS1 manual operation mechanism or SRCJ3 electric motor operation mechanism for three pole linkage operation.
