The ZHJ-201 vibration temperature sensor utilizes the principle of magneto electric induction to convert vibration signals into electrical signals. It mainly consists of a magnetic circuit system, coil components, spring damping, and other parts. Two coil components are rigidly fixed in the sensor housing, and magnetic steel is suspended from the housing by springs. When the sensor operates within the working frequency range, the coil and magnetic steel produce relative motion, and the coil cuts the magnetic field lines, generating induced electromotive force (induced voltage), which is proportional to the vibration speed of the casing.
The temperature measurement of a temperature sensor utilizes the linear variation of platinum resistance with temperature to measure temperature.
