Product Overview
The UH100 series industrial grade online infrared thermometer consists of a stainless steel casing, aperture, silicon lens, and dedicated integrated circuit The target measurement range of UH106 standard products is -50 ° C~300 ° C, with a total of five main specifications. At the same time, it can be extended to 1500 ° C according to customers' special requirements. The working environment temperature range of standard products is 0~75 ° C.
The optical part of UH100 adopts imported high-sensitivity thermopile infrared detectors and monocrystalline silicon lenses, as well as materials with good heat dissipation performance. The 8-14 μ m spectral response band effectively avoids the attenuation of atmospheric dust and water vapor in infrared transmission, and can effectively filter out noise caused by stray light and output signal drift caused by sudden changes in environmental temperature. Therefore, it has strong targeted infrared radiation detection ability, effectively solving the drawbacks of short measurement distance and poor anti-interference ability of infrared thermometers on the current market. At the same time, UH100 adopts a special aperture structure to avoid the output instability phenomenon that occurs when the distance coefficient is relatively small (or the measurement distance is short). The UH100 series products can provide optical systems with distance coefficient ratios of 5:1 and 8:1, and can also offer special products with larger coefficient ratios (up to 200:1) according to user needs.
Due to the adoption of advanced fully digital design concepts and powerful ASIC functions, UH100 can provide highly flexible digital output signals such as RS232, RS485, SPI, I2C, PWM, as well as industry standard 0-5VDC, 4-20mA, and various non-standard analog output signals such as 10mV/° C. The available power supplies include+5VDC,+12VDC, and+18~+30VDC.

In terms of mechanical structure design, the UH100 shell is made of stainless steel and other metal materials to meet the requirements of industrial site durability, impact resistance, or vibration resistance.
