WRNK-181 and WREK-181 handle type thermocouples, also known as handheld thermocouples, are designed to measure the surface temperature of solid media of various shapes, as well as the temperature of liquids and gases. Handle type thermocouples have a wide range of applications and are not limited by the shape of the object surface. They are lightweight in appearance and easy to carry. Due to their small diameter, bendability, vibration resistance, fast thermal response time, and high reliability, handle type thermocouples can be used in conjunction with digital display devices to directly measure and display the temperature of various media within the range of 0-1200 ℃ in different production processes. They are widely used in industrial sectors and enterprises such as metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, rubber, plastics, ceramics, and grain storage.

Thermal response time of handle type thermocouple:
When there is a step change in temperature, the time required for the output of the thermocouple to change to 50% of the step change is called the thermal response time, represented by τ 0.5.
The thermal response time of WRNK-181 and WREK-181 handle type thermocouples shall not exceed the specifications in the table below
