1、 Principle and Application:
The WY-DC series displacement sensor (LVDT) is based on the principle of transformers. By weak electromagnetic coupling between the primary coil and the secondary coil, the displacement change of the iron core is precisely linearly related to the output electrical signal (voltage or current) change, and the mechanical change can be directly converted into a standard electrical signal for computer data acquisition or PLC process control.
The WY-DC series products integrate the sensor coil and electronic circuit into a stainless steel tube, achieving electromechanical integration and strong anti-interference ability. This series of products has the advantages of large stroke, high precision, good stability, and easy installation and use. It is a powerful tool for detecting and analyzing physical quantities such as displacement, distance, elongation, movement, thickness, vibration, expansion, liquid level, compression, strain, etc.
The WY-DC series displacement sensors are widely used in fields such as aerospace, aviation, power, petrochemicals, machinery, military industry, textiles, automobiles, coal, earthquake monitoring, universities and research institutes. They can be used in conjunction with instruments or independently.
