Overview
JC3.5/YC350 differential pressure controller is a protective device used to prevent compressor damage caused by insufficient lubricating oil pressure in refrigeration compressors. If the oil pressure cannot be established within 60 seconds after the refrigeration compressor is started, the differential pressure controller will automatically cut off the power supply to ensure the safe operation of the system.

Installation Instructions
The YC350/JC3.5 series differential pressure controller should be installed in a location with low vibration, and the two end air boxes should not be connected incorrectly. The connecting pipe marked with "connected to low pressure" should be connected to the low pressure end (crankcase) of the compressor, and the connecting pipe marked with "connected to high pressure" should be connected to the discharge port of the lubricating oil pump.
After connecting to the power supply, you need to press the "reset button" once before turning on the power to work. After the action due to system reasons, if you want to resume work, you need to wait for the electric heater in the delay mechanism to cool down for about 5 minutes before proceeding. Otherwise, it cannot work. The factory pressure difference of the controller is set at 0.1Mpa.
When connecting to the system electrical circuit, it is necessary to follow the circuit diagram and pay attention to the power supply voltage to avoid damaging the system electrical circuit and controller, which may cause the system to malfunction.
The controller is wired with a 380V power supply voltage at the factory. If a 220V power supply is used, disconnect the D1 and X wires,
Connect D2 to X.
