Overview
The HBV series ball valve is a refrigeration component used for manually shutting off pipelines such as liquid pipelines, suction pipelines, and hot gas bypass pipelines in cryogenic Freon systems.

Working Principle
The HBV series ball valve can be used in systems that require manual shut-off of pipelines. The ball valve can ensure maximum flow capacity and minimum pressure drop when fully open. It is closed by simultaneously rotating the top valve stem and the inner ball by 1/4 turn. The valve stem inserted into the valve body can prevent leakage under pressure during operation or maintenance. The positioning pin on the valve stem is used to limit the accidental rotation of the valve stem.
