PTP-III smoke and dust sampling instrument is a parallel pitot tube instrument with a microcomputer. It introduces imported pressure sensors into the instrument and combines them with microcontrollers to achieve automation of pressure measurement. More than 20 types of data, including constant sampling flow rate, dynamic pressure, density, flow rate, standard condition volume, and emissions, can be displayed.
1、 Main performance characteristics
Tracking and Display of Constant Sampling Flow
This instrument adopts a manual tracking method, and as long as the constant sampling flow rate reading on the microcomputer display of the instrument is used, we can quickly adjust it in a short time. Practice has proven that this method is fast, intuitive, reliable, and has a small constant velocity tracking error.
High performance diaphragm vacuum pump
This instrument uses a high-performance diaphragm vacuum pump as the pumping power source. Due to its high negative pressure, good continuous operation performance, no need for refueling, long service life, low failure rate, and simple maintenance, the pump is highly popular.
One machine for multiple purposes (sampling of smoke, exhaust gas, and oil fume)
Chemical methods can be used to monitor industrial waste gases such as SO2 and NOX. Due to the fact that the sampling method for oil fume emissions in hotels and restaurants is basically the same as that for smoke and dust sampling, this instrument can also be used as an oil fume sampler. Of course, when sampling, it should be used in conjunction with our multi-functional oil fume sampling tube (purchased separately).
