I. Overview
The PS-100A gas pressure differential transmitter has high sensitivity, high accuracy, and strong overload resistance. Made with imported sensors, the sensors and amplification circuits are highly integrated; Adopting die cast alloy aluminum surface shell, the zero point and gain of the circuit do not need to be adjusted; Strong anti-interference ability, acid and alkali resistance, long-term stability and reliability.
2、 The PS-100A gas pressure differential transmitter uses imported pressure chips, and the sensitive components are formed by diffusion or ion implantation processes to form resistors and connected into a Wheatstone bridge. The pressure sensitive diaphragm is formed under the bridge using micro machining technology. When pressure is applied to the diaphragm, the resistance value changes and a linearized output signal proportional to the applied pressure is generated. We add a DC power supply to the Wheatstone bridge, which produces an output of a DC voltage signal. After a secondary conversion circuit, a two-wire 4-20mA output frequency converter is achieved.
3、 Functional Features
Good stability, with long-term stability of up to 1% FS/year at full and zero positions. Within the compensation temperature range of 0-70 ℃, the temperature drift is less than 1% FS, and within the entire allowable operating temperature range, it is less than 0.5% FS.
Equipped with reverse protection and current limiting protection circuits, the transmitter will not be damaged if the positive and negative poles are reversed during installation. In case of abnormalities, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to within 35mA.

7、 Precautions
All supplied products come with user manuals and certificates of conformity, which include product numbers, technical parameters, manufacturing dates, etc. Please carefully check to avoid using them incorrectly.
Do not directly squeeze the transmitter diaphragm with hard objects to avoid damaging the transmitter.
During installation, the on-site interface should be checked for consistency with the product interface based on the product connection method and thread type. The connection should be tightened slowly, and torque should not be directly applied to the transmitter housing, but only to the six sides of the pressure interface.
When connecting the power supply, strictly follow our company's wiring instructions for connection.
The overload pressure of the transmitter should not exceed 300% of the range.
If any abnormalities are found during use, the power should be turned off, the use should be stopped, and inspection should be carried out, or the technical department of our company should be contacted directly.
During transportation and storage, the original packaging should be restored and stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse.
