I. Overview
FS15 is a baffle type flow switch, the baffle is made of stainless steel, and the body is made of H59 brass (optional stainless steel), which has better performance than ordinary flow switches. All are supplied in an insertable structure with G1/2 "or other sizes of connecting threads. According to user requirements, various corrosion-resistant materials can be used for production. According to user requirements, it can be equipped with three-way connectors for supply in a circulating structure.
2、 Main technical indicators
Environmental temperature: -40-90 ℃
Installation position: The arrow on the shell is consistent with the flow direction
Medium temperature: -40-150 ℃
Installation pipeline: DN15~DN50
Contact capacity: AC250V 0.2A (resistive), 0.1 (inductive), a pair of normally open and normally closed nodes.
Voltage resistance: 10Mpa
Connection thread: G1/2 "tapered pipe thread or other size
Protection standard: IP65
3、 Installation
1. The connecting thread is a 1/2 "tapered pipe thread. Pay attention to wrapping PTFE tape around the tapered thread during installation.
2. The blocking plate and the flow direction of the medium are consistent.
3. There should be a long straight pipe section before and after the flow switch, greater than 5 times the pipe diameter.
4. If it is necessary to cut the baffle on site, attention should be paid to the tee pipe to ensure that more than 2/3 of the baffle is inserted into the pipe.
4、 Setting of switch points
If the user requires precise setting of switch points, please inform the factory at the time of purchase for calibration. When the reed switch (black plastic part) moves against the direction of water flow, the action value increases (i.e. requires a larger flow to open the switch), and vice versa, the action value decreases. After adjustment, lock the screws securely. After obtaining the traffic switch, users can familiarize themselves with the operation process of the switch before setting it. When the switch has not been installed on site, move the baffle by hand, adjust it, and repeat to verify whether the switch point setting is accurate. To monitor whether the switch is activated, a multimeter can be connected to the switch circuit to determine if the action has occurred.
