The DQF series electric ball valve is composed of a micro synchronous motor, imported limit switches from a Japanese company, indicator switches, small relays, stainless steel balls, and mechanical rotating devices for large and small gears. The valve body is made of cast iron, the casing is sprayed with plastic, and the PTFE seal is durable and wear-resistant. Flanges or threaded connections are made according to national standards and can also be compatible with traditional solenoid valves for easy replacement. The indicator panel above the casing can mechanically indicate the actual valve position, and the combination of electrical indicator switches and control indicator lights can truly reflect the on-site valve position.

Working principle:
The DQF series electric ball valve maintains a fully closed electrical lock under the action of the working power supply in the absence of external opening signals (relay signals). At this time, the indicator panel is in the fully closed indication position, and the electrical indication switch signal (relay signal) has no output. When the electrical signal is activated, the internal small relay acts, and the main motor immediately rotates. Under the action of the small gear position switch on its rotating shaft, the motor stops rotating and remains electrically locked. At the same time, the electrical signal indicator switch is triggered, and the switch signal output causes the indicator light in the control room to have a corresponding indication. At this time, the indicator panel is in the fully open indication position. On the contrary, when the electrical signal disappears, the motor immediately reverses. After 2 seconds, the motor stops under the action of the reverse limit switch. At this time, the valve position is fully closed and the fully closed electric lock is maintained

The DQF series electric ball valve overcomes the shortcomings of traditional solenoid valve opening and closing diaphragms and mechanical parts that are easily damaged. Practice has proven that this valve has extremely high reliability under frequent working conditions. There are various specifications ranging from 15 to 150, with a control voltage of AC 220V, a nominal pressure of 0.25Mpa, and a switching speed of 2 seconds per time. The continuous action life is over 1 million times, which is ten times that of traditional solenoid valves.
