structural characteristics
1. This valve is a new generation hydraulic butterfly valve, mainly used for the pump outlet of pipeline systems with water as the medium. It has the functions of shut-off and check closure, which can replace two valves with one valve. When the check closure of this valve is achieved, it can achieve fast and slow two-stage closure, thereby eliminating or reducing water hammer and preventing medium backflow to protect the pipeline system.
2. This valve replaces the heavy hammer of the hydraulic disc valve with an accumulator, and uses the pressure energy of the liquid to store energy instead of the potential energy of the heavy hammer, making the valve have the advantages of reasonable design, small volume, light weight, and easy maintenance.
3. The hydraulic station and electrical control box of this valve can be installed as a whole or separately from the lower part of the valve, and the valve can be selected under different working conditions.
4. This valve adopts a three eccentric metal sealing structure, which can easily achieve zero leakage when opened and closed.
Product Use
This butterfly valve is suitable for pump outlet pipelines with water as the medium, used to avoid and reduce the backflow of the medium and excessive water hammer in the pipeline system, in order to protect the pipeline system. Its function is to replace two valves with one valve (traditional pipeline design uses gate valves with check valves or ordinary butterfly valves with check valves)
