In the past, the high-pressure ammonia water injection circulation system of coke ovens in various coking plants generally used traditional L-shaped three-way ball valves for high and low pressure conversion systems. Due to the special working conditions in this area, the L-shaped three-way ball valves would leak after several months or even days of installation and operation, causing a decrease in system pressure. The leaked high-pressure ammonia water would suck the coal powder in the coke oven to the gas collection pipe, seriously causing negative pressure in the carbonization chamber, which not only affects the quality of coke but also affects the tightness of the furnace body. Due to the installation of the valve on the top of the coke oven, where the temperature is high and the working conditions are poor, it has brought great difficulties to the replacement of the valve. The frequent replacement of valves has also caused significant economic losses to the factory and seriously polluted the environment.

Principle and Characteristics of YQ44F Combination Three way Ball Valve
To solve the above problems, we have designed the structure of YQ44F-40 DN25 combination three-way valve as shown in the figure. It is composed of a straight through floating ball valve and a sleeve type check valve. The left ball valve is connected to the high-pressure system, the right check valve is connected to the low-pressure system, and the middle outlet is connected to the discharge pipeline. When the ball valve is closed, the high-pressure channel is cut off, and the check valve disc automatically opens under the push of the low-pressure medium. The low-pressure ammonia water is discharged through the middle outlet channel. When the ball valve is opened, high-pressure ammonia water pushes the check valve disc towards the valve seat, the check valve closes, the low-pressure channel is cut off, and high-pressure ammonia water is discharged through the intermediate outlet channel. After spraying, close the ball valve, the check valve will automatically open, and low-pressure ammonia water can be discharged automatically. Therefore, as long as the valve stem of the ball valve is turned on and off at 90 ℃ like a traditional three-way ball valve, high and low pressure switching can be completed.

The characteristics of YQ44F combination three-way ball valve are as follows:
1. Due to the fact that the straight through floating ball valve in the combination three-way valve only serves the opening and closing function of the high-pressure system side, rather than the three-way conversion function, even if the pre tightening force between the ball and the valve seat disappears after a period of use, and there is a gap between the ball and the valve seat, when the ball valve is closed, the pressure of the high-pressure side medium can still push the ball towards the outlet side valve seat, making the ball and the outlet side valve seat tightly in contact. Therefore, the valve still has good sealing performance. The combination three-way valve completely solves the problem of easy sealing failure in traditional L-shaped three-way ball valves. The low-pressure side check valve is made of stainless steel, with a unique design, sensitive action, reliable sealing, and a relatively long service life.
2. The structural length and connection dimensions of the combination three-way valve are the same as those of the traditional L-shaped three-way ball valve, making valve replacement convenient.
