The SX3005 step-down LED driver chip is a constant current control LED driver IC that operates in an average current mode. Unlike the SX3004, this IC does not produce errors from peak current to average current, which greatly improves accuracy. The output current accuracy of the SX3005 can reach+/-3%, without the need for loop compensation or high side current induction.

The feature of this product is that it achieves LED short-circuit protection through intermittent mode current limitation.
The SX3005 can operate with a power supply voltage of 8V to 450V. The PWM dimming input signal is provided by an external TTL compatible signal. The built-in 272mV reference voltage source and external 0V to 1.5V dimming input signal of the SX3005 can be used to program and control the output current.
The pins of SX3005 and SX3004 are fully compatible. In order to improve the accuracy of LED driving current, this product can also be used as a substitute in more fields.
