The SX3130 external MOS boost LED driver chip is a high-efficiency boost switch mode high brightness LED driver control chip. It can use an input voltage of 2.7 volts to 100 volts and an output voltage of up to several amperes to drive multiple series or parallel high brightness white LEDs. The SX3130 outputs an off chip N-type field-effect transistor with a frequency of up to 50KHZ-2MHZ and a conversion efficiency of up to 90%, ensuring a constant current flowing through the LED and maintaining a constant brightness. The current flowing through the LED can be set through an external resistor. The LED current expanded through external power MOS transistors can reach several amperes.
