The VQ977H electric V-shaped regulating ball valve adopts a cylindrical spring preloaded structure with compensatory movable metal valve seat, ensuring reliable sealing performance. The ball core and valve seat will not cause jamming or detachment, and have a long service life.
The V-shaped cut on the ball core has a shear effect with the metal valve seat, which is particularly suitable for controlling high viscosity media containing fibers, solid particles, and slurries. The pulp used in the structural manufacturing paper industry is particularly superior.
The valve has a large flow capacity, low pressure loss, and the medium will not deposit in the valve body cavity. The valve not only has an approximately proportional flow characteristic and a large adjustable range, with a maximum adjustable ratio of 100:1, but also has precise adjustment and reliable positioning functions.
