The SZMB-5 magneto electric speed sensor can convert angular displacement into electrical signals for counter calculation. Non contact measurement of the rotational speed and linear velocity of various magnetic materials such as gears, impellers, disks (or shafts) with holes (or grooves, screws). Sensors have the advantages of small size, sturdy and reliable, long service life, and do not require power or lubricating oil. They can be used with general secondary instruments.

The SZMB-5 magneto electric conversion sensor converts angular displacement into electrical impulse signals for use in counters. The sensor consists of an induction gear, an induction tooth seat, an induction coil, magnetic steel, etc. When there is a relative angular displacement between the induction gear and the induction tooth seat, due to the change in magnetic resistance in the magnetic circuit, an induced electromotive force is generated in the induction coil, which is amplified and shaped to output an electric pulse square wave signal.
