FTS-1A type speed sensorDetailed product description:

Detailed introduction:
One FTS-1A speed sensor description:
The FTS-1 speed sensor is a type of sensor that has been used throughout the operation of internal combustion locomotives. When in use, it is connected to the measured shaft through a coupling. When the locomotive diesel engine drives the sensor to rotate, the sensor emits a three-phase AC voltage signal with a certain frequency, which is used for sampling by the locomotive electric tachometer, resistance braking, and locomotive monitoring device. The FTS-1 speed sensor has the characteristics of compact structure, beautiful appearance, safe use, reliability, and convenience.
The FTS-1A type is an improved version of the FTS-1 type, with small errors and high accuracy as shown in the table.
2、 Main technical parameters of FTS-1 speed sensor:
1. Output voltage: The output voltage (AC RMS) of any two terminals is linearly related to the rotational speed. When the rotational speed is 5000r/min, the output voltage is AC30V ± 0.5V
2. Measurement range: 300~5000r/min
3. Output waveform: approximate sine wave
4. Output three-phase voltage balance rate: ≥ 93%
5. Insulation resistance:>20M Ω
6. Voltage endurance: 1000V/S
7. Weight: Approximately 0.5kg
3、 FTS-1A speed sensor usage conditions:
1. Working temperature: -20~60 ℃
2. Humidity: ≤ 85%
3. Usage time: continuous
4、 FTS-1 speed sensor appearance and connection:
1. Connection method: The tachometer is connected to three terminals without any phase sequence arrangement. Can be connected to any terminal.
