Scope of application

The DXZ multifunctional corner type travel limiter can be widely used for controlling and limiting the spatial three coordinate of lifting and transmission machinery in industries such as construction, ports, and mining. It has the characteristics of small size, multiple functions, high accuracy, adjustable limit, strong universality, and easy maintenance, installation, and use adjustment.
The limiter adopts an adjustable mechanical memory structure, with reliable performance and high sensitivity. The sensor equipped limiter, when paired with the ZXY display instrument, can simulate and display the instantaneous position of any space.
Model and its meaning



1. Users can accurately provide product specifications and quantities according to the following examples as needed.
The standard transmission ratio numbers are shown in Table 4-1
Example: DXZ-4/7W
That is, there are 4 control circuits for the limiter, with a transmission ratio of 1:274 and sensors.
Example: DXZ-6/F (600)
That is to say, there are 6 control circuits for the limiter, which are non-standard; The transmission ratio is 1:600, without sensors.
2. The standard designed memory cam (2T, 3T) system has a delay function. If users do not need a delay and choose to use an instantaneous switching cam, please declare it in the purchase contract.
3. The maximum effective angle of the DXZ type limiter is 320 °; (Or the number of revolutions of the input shaft is 0.89 times the transmission ratio, which is 0.89 × revolutions).
Example: The effective speed of the DXZ-4/7 limiter is 0.89 × 274=244 revolutions. The external transmission ratio should be considered when selecting.
