The FSS flow sampling system consists of three parts: a mixed water sampler, an open channel flow monitor, and a data logger. It has a compact and lightweight structure, making it easy to carry and install on site. Users can choose different configurations according to their monitoring needs.

FSS Flow Sampling System - Mixed Water Sampler
The flow ratio mixed water sampler is installed in a sturdy, rainproof lockable carrying case, including a polyethylene wastewater sampling bottle for collecting mixed water samples, a peristaltic sampling pump, a control panel and rechargeable battery, as well as an injection tube and battery charger. Optional glass sampling bottles, portable coolers, portable ice pack containers, etc.

The FC200 open channel flow monitor measures and totals open channel flow, suitable for measuring flow in various tanks and weirs, as well as any gravity based open channel flow. The FC200 flowmeter is pre programmed with over 20 different specifications for water tanks and weirs, and can also be programmed according to specific user applications. FC200 uses high-precision pressure sensors to measure water depth, and can calculate real-time flow velocity and accumulate total flow based on any depth flow relationship. FC200 can be programmed with four buttons to facilitate on-site settings.

FSS Flow Sampling System - Flow Data Recorder
The traffic data logger provides many useful functions, such as real-time monitoring, measurement interval and engineering unit selection, site ID, sensor calibration, etc. The recorder software can easily access stored data and set options. The data logger monitors and records the flow rate and total flow rate. The data downloaded from the data logger can be opened with any PC spreadsheet program for analysis and graphical display.
