The GJ-NY series pipeline electric pump is a new generation of high-efficiency and energy-saving products designed according to standards such as ISO2858 and GB5662. The flow range of the product is from 6.3 to 1080m3/h, and the head range is from 12.5 to 150m, with a total of 116 specifications. The impeller design of this series of products is divided into standard type and A, B, C cutting type to meet the needs of users working in non-standard operating conditions. Choose motors with lower power to achieve energy-saving effects.

Working conditions:
The maximum system pressure of the electric pump is 1.6MPa, which means that the pump inlet pressure+head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. When the user requests a pump system pressure higher than 1.6MPa, it can be raised separately during ordering.
2. The conveying medium is clear water or a liquid with chemical properties similar to water, and the medium temperature is ≤ 95 ℃.
Main uses:
GJ-NY type warm water pipeline electric pump is mainly used for industrial and urban high-rise building water supply, fire pipeline boosting, HVAC cold and hot water circulation boosting and transportation. The temperature of the conveying medium is below 95 ℃.

The main features of GJ-NY series pipeline electric pump are:
(1) Using a dedicated motor
(2) The motor and pump shaft are completely concentric (the pump shaft is an extended shaft of the motor), carefully designed by our factory, with low vibration, low noise, and perfect craftsmanship.
(3) The bearings are imported (NSK from Japan, SKF from Sweden), and our factory assembles them ourselves to ensure manufacturing process accuracy, improve the reliability and service life of the pump operation.
(4) Mechanical seals (joint venture of Borgmann Germany) are not limited by steering and have a service life of up to three to five years. (Due to years of cooperation between Borgmann and our factory, the main material is titanium alloy), the process is guaranteed to be perfect.
(5) The pump body adopts HT250 with a tensile shear strength of 250KPa, and there will never be any bursting phenomenon due to excessive pressure.
Motor: F-class insulation, with a maximum allowable temperature rise of up to 150 ℃, so it has high overload resistance, strong endurance, and uses a higher insurance series, greatly extending its service life, up to 15-20 years. The protection level adopts IP54 fully enclosed structure to prevent dust and water droplets from entering the interior of the motor and causing damage to the motor.
