Function Description of HCW-R Thermal Expansion Monitor:
1. Display function
The measured value of thermal expansion stroke, I value alarm, and II value alarm set values can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube, with a 4-digit digital tube display and the first digit being the symbol bit.
2. Alarm function
There are two levels of reporting for users to set alarm values as needed. When the thermal expansion stroke exceeds the alarm set value, the corresponding alarm indicator light on the front panel will light up, and the monitoring instrument will output a switch signal on the rear panel to protect the controlled equipment.
3. Alarm delay time setting function
The adjustment range for alarm delay time is 0-3 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference.
4. Self diagnostic function
Equipped with power on and power off detection functions, while cutting off alarm and shutdown output circuits, it can effectively suppress false alarms of instruments.
5. Current output
Equipped with a 4-20mA current output interface, it can be connected to devices such as computers, DCS, PLC systems, and paperless recorders.
