Overview
ASP2090 series single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump. Adopting an excellent hydraulic model, the product is designed based on the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump and the unique structural combination of the vertical pump, and strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with the international standard ISO2858. This product has the characteristics of high efficiency, reliable performance, easy installation and use, and integrates vertical and pipeline pumps. ASP2090 vertical centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, with a operating temperature T<80 ℃.

ASP2090 pipeline pump is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation boosting and equipment matching.

Structural characteristics of ASP2090 pipeline pump
1. The pump is a vertical structure with a motor cover and pump cover integrated design, which has a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The inlet and outlet diameters of the pump are the same and located on the same centerline, which can be directly installed on the pipeline like a valve, making installation convenient.
3. The clever foot design facilitates the stable installation of the pump.
4. The pump shaft is an extended shaft of the motor, which solves the serious vibration problem caused by the coupling rotation between the pump shaft and the motor shaft of conventional centrifugal pumps. The surface of the pump shaft has been chrome plated, greatly extending the service life of the pump.
5. The impeller is directly installed on the motor extension shaft, and the pump operates without noise. The motor shaft adopts low-noise bearings, greatly improving the operating environment. And the trouble free working time of the pump is about three times longer than that of conventional pumps.
6. The shaft seal adopts mechanical sealing, which solves the serious leakage problem caused by conventional centrifugal pump packing sealing. The static and dynamic rings of the seal are made of silicon carbide, which extends the service life of the seal and ensures a dry and clean working environment.
7. There is a vent hole left on the pump cover, and there are drain holes and pressure tapping holes on the lower side and both sides of the pump body flange, which can ensure the normal use and maintenance of the pump.
8. The unique structure allows for easy maintenance without the need to remove the piping system, as long as the pump cover nut is removed.
9. Series, parallel, and pipe diameter amplification can be used according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
10. The ASP2091 vertical hot water circulation pump is a new generation of hot water circulation pump optimized and designed based on the characteristics of IR, NB and other hot water pumps. Medium sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals with long service life, no vibration, low noise, and imported titanium alloy seals reduce ground occupation and space. Compared with IR type hot water pumps and NB type heating water pumps, it reduces construction investment by more than 60%, prolongs service life by half, and reduces maintenance costs by 2/3.
11. Used as a pipeline booster pump, the inlet pressure of the pump should be 0.05
Between MPa and 0.3MPa, the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, which means the pump suction pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that cast steel materials can be used during manufacturing.
12. The ambient temperature is less than 40 ℃ and the relative humidity is less than 95%.
13. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed units
0.1% of the volume, particle size<0.2mm.
