I. Overview:

Combined with excellent domestic hydraulic models and the performance parameters of IS centrifugal pumps, it is ingeniously designed on the basis of general vertical pipeline pumps. This fluorine lined pipeline pump product has strong corrosion resistance and can replace precious metals such as 316L stainless steel and titanium alloy. It also has the advantages of high energy efficiency, low noise, and reliable performance.

2、 Characteristics of GBF fluorine lined pipeline pump:
1. The fluorine lined pipeline centrifugal pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor bearing with a reasonable configuration, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by pump operation, thereby ensuring the balance of pump operation and low vibration noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts a combination of ordinary and particle resistant mechanical seals, which are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and can effectively increase the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.

3、 Scope of use:
The GBF type fluorine lined pipeline circulation pump is suitable for long-term transportation of acids, alkalis, oxidants, and other corrosive liquids of any concentration at temperatures ranging from -85 ℃ to+200 ℃. 5、 Design features:
(1) The pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in pipelines like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
(2) The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth pump operation and low vibration noise.
(3) The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals.
(4) Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system, just remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
(5) Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
(6) Can be arranged according to the pipeline layout
