The BGP2 series mining explosion-proof high-voltage vacuum distribution device is suitable for protecting against overload, short circuit, grounding (leakage), insulation monitoring, overvoltage, undervoltage, and other faults in a three-phase AC neutral point non directly grounded power supply system with a rated frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage up to 10kV, and rated current up to 400A in environments containing explosive gases (methane mixtures) in coal mines and other surrounding media. It can also be used to directly start high-voltage motors. The power distribution device can be used individually or in combination. This power distribution device uses advanced intelligent multifunctional comprehensive protectors with high protection accuracy and fast response speed. Combined with a Chinese menu style human-computer interaction interface, the operation is intuitive and simple.

Structural Overview
1. The power distribution device consists of an explosion-proof shell and a core inside the shell.
2. The explosion-proof shell is square shaped and welded with Q235-A steel plate. The overall structure adopts a split connection between the main cavity and the wiring cavity with bolts. The main chamber shell and door are fastened with pressure plates, and there is a mechanical interlock between the two to ensure that the front door can only be opened when the circuit breaker is in the open state and the isolation switch is in the open position; After the front door is opened, the isolation switch cannot be closed. Two power input terminals are used for a single wiring connection, which can be connected on both sides and can accommodate cables with outer diameters ranging from φ 51 to φ 80. The load side outlet chamber is located at the rear of the main chamber, with one main circuit outlet and one control circuit outlet.
