The XBD2 series explosion-proof mobile substation low-voltage protection box is suitable for environments containing explosive gases (methane mixtures) in coal mines and other surrounding media. It serves as a low-voltage side supporting device for mobile substations with transformer capacities ranging from 315kVA to 1600kVA, and works together with the high-voltage vacuum distribution device for the BGP2-YZ series mobile substations to form an ideal mobile substation system for low-voltage side fault breaking of high voltage. In a power supply system with an AC frequency of 50Hz, voltage up to 1140V, and current up to 1000A, protection functions such as leakage, leakage lockout, short circuit, overload, undervoltage, phase failure, and imbalance can be achieved. This protective box uses advanced intelligent comprehensive protection devices with high protection accuracy and fast response speed. Structural Overview
1. The protective box consists of an explosion-proof shell and a movement inside the shell. Connect the rear flange on the cavity with bolts to the low-voltage junction box flange of the dry-type transformer as a whole.
2. The explosion-proof shell consists of the main chamber, front door, wiring chamber and other main parts. The main chamber is connected to the front door with bolts, and there is a mechanical interlock between the two to ensure that the front door can only be opened when the power switch is in the disconnected state and the internal control circuit is not energized; After the front door is opened, the power switch cannot be opened or closed. The wiring chamber is located at the upper part of the main chamber, with two main line inlet and outlet ports on each side, and two control line inlet and outlet ports in the front.
3. The main chamber is mainly equipped with a control body, a busbar type through current transformer, a power switch, a test button, etc. The internal main circuit is connected by a hard busbar.
