Scope and Application
HBS-11/380 mining explosion-proof transfer switch (hereinafter referred to as transfer switch) is mainly suitable for underground coal mines with explosive gas (methane) air mixtures. It controls the starting, stopping, and reversing of squirrel cage asynchronous motors of 5.5kv and below in AC 50Hz and voltage up to 380V circuits.

This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with relevant standards such as GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d ".

Structure Overview
The product incorporates the QX1-13NI/5.5 reversible conversion switch into an explosion-proof enclosure, which has the function of controlling the motor and preventing explosions.
The explosion-proof casing consists of a shell, a cover, a wiring chamber, and other parts. The reversible switch is fixed on the cover and connected to the explosion-proof shaft between the switch shaft and the cover through a shaft fitted on the switch shaft, ensuring safety and reliability. There are a total of 6 terminal posts in the wiring chamber: L1, L2, L3, D1, D2, D3 are inside the housing, and these terminals are connected to corresponding contacts. Users only need to connect L1-L3 to the power supply through the introduction device when using them, and connect D1-D3 to the motor through another introduction device (internal grounding should be reliably connected).
