Scope and Application
BCX10-16/127 and BCX11-16/127 mining explosion-proof plugs (hereinafter referred to as plugs) are suitable for underground coal mines with methane and coal dust explosive gases. They are used to connect electrical equipment such as coal drills, lighting fixtures, plug type junction boxes, and four core and below wire sets with AC 50Hz and voltage up to 127V.  

The plug shall be designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with standards such as MT705-1997 "Explosion proof Low Voltage Plug for Coal Mines", GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", and GB3836.2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d ".

Model meaning

Structural Overview
The plug is mainly composed of two parts: the plug component and the socket component. The plug component has three main electrical plug rods and one grounding plug rod, which are assembled on the insulation part. The socket component has three main electrical rod sleeves and two grounding conductive rod sleeves, which are also assembled on the insulation part. When inserting the plug, the grounding plug contacts and conducts before the main conductive plug. When the plug is disconnected, the grounding plug disconnects after the main conductive plug.
