LVQB-110/220 Outdoor Sulfur Hexafluoride Current Transformer
Overview
LVQB-110 and LVQB-220 SF6 current transformers are electromagnetic current transformers developed and produced to meet the needs of the power market, using SF6 gas as the insulation medium. The products meet the requirements of GB1208-1997 and relevant IEC standards, and have passed the testing of the Electrical Equipment Quality Inspection and Testing Center of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry, as well as the inspection of the State Machinery Industry Bureau and the State Power Company
Technical appraisal. This current transformer plays a role in electrical protection and measurement in AC 50Hz, 110KV, and 220KV high-voltage transmission and transformation systems.

product structure
The overall structure of the product is inverted, mainly composed of three parts: shell, sleeve, and base. The shell is located at the top of the product, and both the primary and secondary windings are installed inside the shell. The primary winding is connected to the secondary winding
Passing through the middle of the group, they are insulated with SF6 gas. The shell is equipotential with the primary circuit and insulated from the base through a sleeve. The secondary winding is fixed inside the shell by insulating components, and its leads are connected to the secondary wiring terminals in the base through metal shielding tubes in the sleeve, for users to connect to measuring or protective loads. The base is equipped with adsorbents, secondary wiring boards, and SF6 pointer type density relays.
