Scope of application

The BP4G series frequency sensitive variable resistor (hereinafter referred to as BP4G) is suitable for use in 14kW-1000kW wound asynchronous induction motors for heavy loads and occasional starting, such as ball mills and crushers.

Starting performance

The starting performance of BP4G is as follows:
1. The load factor is between 0.7 and 1.0;
2. The multiple of starting torque is 1.2;
3. The ratio of starting current to cutting current is less than 2.5 times the rated current;
4. Three consecutive starts are allowed, but the total start time must not exceed 90 seconds.
