The GUD series electric vacuum ball valve is a pneumatic valve used to open or block airflow in vacuum systems ranging from 1.3 × 10-7 to 6 × 105Pa. It is widely applicable to various gas, liquid, and other positive and negative pressure pipeline systems and complies with GMP standards.

Principle
