The GI series manual vacuum butterfly valve is a valve used to open or block airflow in a vacuum system with a pressure range of 1.3 × 10-5 to 3 × 105Pa.

Leakage rate: ≤ 1.3 × 10-9Pa.M3/S;
Applicable pressure range: 1.3 × 10-5Pa to 3 × 105Pa
Working temperature: Fluororubber -25 ℃~+150 ℃;  
Installation location: arbitrary;
The pressure difference on both sides of the valve plate is not related to the opening and closing of the valve;  
Lifespan: ≥ 10000 cycles.  

Principle
Insert the valve stem into the body, fix the valve plate on the valve stem, and rotate 900 to achieve the purpose of switching.
