The 175H48Y (H) -200 air discharge check valve is mainly used at the outlet of the feedwater pump in thermal power plants. Cooperate with the minimum flow recirculation valve of the water pump to maintain the safe operation of the system. The operating principle of the 175H48Y (H) -200 check valve is as follows: open the outlet valve, start the feedwater pump, and when the feedwater reaches a certain pressure, the valve core automatically rises, pushes away from the valve seat, and the feedwater flows out. At the same time, the valve core connecting rod pulls the exhaust port valve plate to close the exhaust port. When the flow rate of the feedwater pump decreases, the valve core falls, pushing the connecting rod to pull open the exhaust valve plate, and opening the recirculation valve to maintain the minimum flow rate of the water pump. When the pump is stopped, the valve core automatically drops to close the channel, thereby preventing damage to the water supply system caused by high-pressure water hammer.
