Working Principle
The F43X-1.0T anti backflow sealing valve is mainly composed of a valve body with a water trap and a floating ball cover plate assembly. The cover plate with a floating ball is placed on the sealing valve seat of the valve body, dividing the valve chamber into two parts: the inner chamber is the clean water part, and the outer chamber is connected to a drainage pipeline. When the inner chamber is filled with clean water, the pressure of the cover plate decreases due to the action of the floating ball located in the inner chamber, making it easy to open the flow passage. After the overflow stops, the cover plate can be reset and the valve seat can be tightly closed to strictly block the backflow of odor and sewage. If the float ball valve at the inlet of the pool is well closed and does not overflow for several years, and there is no water in the valve chamber, the float ball can increase the weight of the cover plate, better cover the valve seat, and also strictly block odors and prevent rainwater and sewage from flowing back into the clean water pool. If sewage enters the outer chamber of the valve body, the debris it carries can only adhere to the outer surface of the cover plate, without affecting the sealing of the valve seat by the cover plate. Therefore, the anti backflow sealing valve works reliably, has good effect, and is not prone to failure. And when there is debris settling, it can automatically flush out of the valve body during the next overflow.
