Overview
The Z15X threaded soft seal gate valve utilizes the deformation compensation effect generated by the overall sealing of the gate plate to achieve good sealing effect, overcoming the problems of poor sealing, water leakage and rust of general gate valves. The bottom adopts the same flat bottom valve seat design as the water pipe, which does not produce debris accumulation, has a small flow resistance coefficient, and a smooth channel. The valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin both inside and outside to prevent corrosion and rust. It can be used not only for domestic water but also in sewage treatment systems. 1. The bottom of soft sealed gate valves adopts the same flat bottom design as water pipes, which is not easy to cause debris accumulation and ensures unobstructed fluid flow.
2. The overall rubber coated valve adopts high-quality rubber for both internal and external sealing. The first-class rubber vulcanization technology in China ensures precise geometric dimensions of the vulcanized valve, and the rubber is firmly attached to the ductile iron valve, which is not easy to fall off and has good elastic memory.
