The AELC self-priming device is manufactured by introducing advanced foreign technology. Its performance parameters, structure, installation dimensions, and main component materials all meet the requirements of advanced foreign technology.
The AELC self-priming device extracts air through a gas injection device. The device is small in size, lightweight, and easy to use. It is installed on the inlet pipeline of the pump, giving the pump self-priming ability. It can ensure that the pump automatically starts when it is filled with water. And automatically turn off the self-priming device after the pump is started. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for use with marine centrifugal pumps and can also be used on pumps with similar conditions.
Performance specifications and materials of AELC self-priming device
There are three specifications for each AELC self-priming device. That is, AEL C33, AEL C43, AEL C53.
The numbers 33, 43, and 53 are the size codes for the power nozzle and the mixing nozzle, and the installation dimensions of the device are the same.
Users can choose the specifications that are suitable for their own use based on the performance curve (Figure 1).
All materials of the self-priming device are made of corrosion-resistant materials, and the main component materials are:
Shell: ZCuZnl6Si4 Power nozzle: Reinforced nylon
Float chamber: ZCuZn16Si4 mixing nozzle: reinforced nylon
