I. Overview
The G-type single screw pump is a new type of pump that operates based on the principle of rotary gear displacement. The main working components are the eccentric screw (rotor) and the fixed liner (stator).
Due to the special geometric shape of the component, separate sealed chambers are formed, and the medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow velocity is low, the volume remains constant, and the pressure is stable, so there will be no vortex or agitation. Due to the selection of multiple elastic materials for the stator, this pump has characteristics that general pump types cannot handle for the transportation of high viscosity fluids and media containing hard floating particles or fiber media. Its flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed.
Rotation can be directly transmitted through couplings, or variable speed motors, V-belts, gearboxes, and other devices can be used for speed control.
