The JLS high-efficiency, unobstructed, and leak free pulp pump is a new type of pulp pump product with leading domestic technology level, developed based on the digestion and absorption of advanced foreign pump products, combined with the innovation of hydraulic structure and sealing device required by domestic paper and pulp enterprises for pumps. It has obvious advantages such as high efficiency, good anti clogging performance, no leakage during operation, and easy installation and maintenance, and is widely used in the transportation of pulp media in papermaking and pulp making enterprises.

Structural characteristics of JLS high-efficiency, unobstructed and leak free pulp pump
1. The pump has a rear opening structure, so there is no need to disassemble the pipeline during maintenance.
2. The inlet and outlet flanges of the pump are designed for a pressure of 1.6 MPa.
3. The impeller adopts a three bladed or six bladed open impeller, which has high efficiency and effective balance of axial force, is easy to maintain, and has no blockage phenomenon.
4. The pump shaft is supported by a combination of oil lubrication, heavy-duty wear-resistant friction, imported SKF cylindrical roller bearings, and radial thrust ball bearings (angular contact ball bearings). Cylindrical roller bearings are installed at the pump end, while radial thrust ball bearings are installed face-to-face at the transmission end.
5. There are six main types of shaft seals: pump ring and single end face machine seal, packing seal, single end face machine seal, series machine seal, double end face machine seal, pump ring and single end face machine seal combination seal, and dynamic seal. Users can choose according to their requirements and actual operating conditions.
6. The impeller is precision cast with paraffin wax and used for dynamic balance verification. There are wear-resistant liners on both the front and rear of the impeller.
7. There are four types of materials: cast iron, cast steel, ordinary stainless steel, and wear-resistant stainless steel.
