Overview
XM-F40L, XM-F75F, TX-F75F inclined disc axial piston motors are reversible hydraulic components. The same component can be used as both an oil motor and an oil pump (directly interchangeable with ZBD40 and ZBD75 pumps). This type of motor has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, high working pressure, and high efficiency. It can form a closed or open hydraulic system with other components such as valves and hydraulic cylinders. The motor outer shaft (3) is supported on the housing (7) with bearings (4) and (6), and the inner shaft (5) is connected to the outer shaft at one end and the cylinder body (9) at the other end through splines. During start-up and no-load, the cylinder body maintains a certain oil film contact with the oil distribution plate (8) under the action of springs (2) and (11). The other end of the cylinder body is supported on the housing with bearings (13). There are seven plungers (10) in the cylinder body hole, and the spherical end of the plunger is locked with the ball and socket of the sliding shoe (17). Usually, the sliding shoe is in contact with the inclined plate (18) at a certain oil film under the action of hydraulic pressure during operation, but when the self suction starts and the speed suddenly increases, The oil boots may float.
