The 3810R series angular stroke fully electronic electric actuator is a fully electronic actuator that uses AC220 single-phase AC power as the driving power source and directly accepts DC4-20mA, DC0-10mA, or DC1-5V control signals from DCS, PLC systems, or regulating instrument operators to operate with angular displacement (0-90o). The electronic control unit adopts the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit, designed in a box shape, including complete protection functions, can be controlled on-site or remotely, and sealed with resin casting. The driving motor adopts an AC reversible motor, and the feedback detection adopts a high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer, which is a highly reliable and economical product with a resolution of 1/250. This actuator almost has various action transformation functions required for regulating itself, as well as opening signal functions and manual functions.
Characteristics of 381R series angular stroke electronic electric actuator
1. The actuator is designed with a servo system (without the need for a separate servo amplifier), which only requires the connection of a DC4-20mA (or DC1-5V) signal and an AC220V single-phase power supply to operate. Equipped with internal wiring terminals, the wiring is extremely simple and convenient.
2. The key component of the actuator - the controller, adopts the most advanced hybrid integrated circuit, sealed and cast with resin, has a box shaped appearance, small volume, and high reliability.
3. The feedback detection of the driving quantity adopts high-performance conductive plastic potentiometers with a resolution of less than 0.4%.
4. Equipped with self diagnostic function, when a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send out an indication signal.
5. The state selection switch can be used to set the cut-off signal when the valve core is in the fully open, fully closed, or self-locking state.

Adjusting the work zero point (starting point) and travel (ending point) is simple and easy.
