I. Overview
The Z-type multi turn valve electric device is commonly known as the Z-type. Valves suitable for linear motion of valve discs, such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, water gates, etc. Used for opening, closing, or regulating valves, it is an essential driving device for remote control, centralized control, and self-control of valves. They have the characteristics of comprehensive functionality, reliable performance, advanced control system, small size, light weight, and easy use and maintenance. Widely used in sectors such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, papermaking, and wastewater treatment.
Classified by usage environment: Z is a regular type; ZW stands for outdoor design; ZB is explosion-proof type; ZZ is a whole body type; ZT is a globally adjustable type.
According to the output force, there are two types: torque type and thrust type.
The performance of this product meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Electric Devices of Ordinary Valves". The performance of the explosion-proof type meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2000 "General Requirements for Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", GB3836.2-2000 "Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments - Explosion proof Electrical Equipment" d ", and JB/T8529-1997" Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices ". And it has been verified by the National Explosion proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Testing Center and obtained an explosion-proof certificate.

2、 Model representation method

Z model example:
1. Z30I-18/50W represents an input torque of 300N. m (30Kgf. m), power station type interface, output speed of 18r/min (18 revolutions per minute), maximum number of revolutions 50, outdoor type.
2. Z45T-24/120B represents a torque of 450N. m (45kgf. m), a thrust type interface, an output speed of 24r/min (24 revolutions per minute), a maximum number of revolutions of 120, and an explosion-proof type.
3. Z120-24/80TZ: Refers to an output torque of 1200N. m (120Kgf. m), an output speed of 24r/min, a maximum number of revolutions of 80, and an overall adjustment type.
3、 Working environment and characteristics
1. Power supply: The motor is three-phase AC, 380V (special order 660V or 220V), 50Hz (special order 60Hz); The control line is 220V, 50Hz (special order 60Hz); Remote control is 24VDC.
2. Environmental temperature: -20~+60 ℃ (special orders -60~+80 ℃).
3. Relative humidity: ≤ 90% (at 25 ℃).
4. Ordinary and outdoor types are used in places without flammable/explosive and non corrosive media; There are two types of explosion-proof products, dI and dIIBT4. dI is suitable for non mining working faces in coal mines; DIIBT4 is used in factories and is suitable for explosive gas mixtures in IIA and IIB level T1 to T4 environments. 5、 Ordering Notice
1. Please indicate the model according to the model representation method. The required torque for opening and closing must be specified separately. If not specified, please provide according to our factory regulations.
2. The presence of explosive gases in the environment must be specified and must comply with the explosion-proof markings specified in this manual.
3. Please specify the connection size standard, valve stem diameter, and extension length. If the connection size does not match this manual, you can negotiate with our factory to resolve it.
4. Clockwise rotation of the handwheel is to close the valve, otherwise it must be explained.
5. The thread of the thrust type valve stem nut is generally processed by the user, and our factory only processes one prefabricated hole. If processing is required in our factory, please provide the size of the thread.
6. Our factory can also provide electric devices with other speeds according to user requirements.
