Overview
The ZHJ series slurry pump is a new centrifugal impurity pump designed and developed independently based on the introduction of equipment and technology. Its hydraulic performance is designed according to the process requirements provided by design units such as China Electronics Engineering Design Institute; Structurally, it absorbs the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. The overcurrent part is lined with high-quality corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant rubber or hard metal alloy materials. The pump casing and pump cover are lined and the pump casing is manufactured in half; The packing seal form and the impeller power seal (with parking seal attached) form are interchangeable; The installation dimensions of the whole machine are the same as similar products at home and abroad. This pump has the advantages of compact structure, long service life, easy maintenance, good sealing, and interchangeability.  

In addition to being widely used for slurry transportation in the production process of color (black and white) cathode ray tube glass shells, this pump can also be used for slurry transportation in industries such as wet metallurgy, petrochemicals, mining, coal, building materials, light industry, papermaking, electroplating electrolysis, and three waste treatment that contain both particles and corrosive materials (slag).
