Overview of TW type channel pulp pump

1. The TW type channel type pulp is a single-stage single suction cantilever structure, and its performance characteristics and size effects adopt the international standard ISO2858-1975E. It can meet the requirements of chemical processes, papermaking industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc. It has strong corrosiveness and contains certain non abrasive media (such as particles or fibers). Due to the use of dual channel impellers, it has strong anti clogging ability, especially suitable for situations where F-type and IH type chemical pumps cannot be used.
2. Temperature of the medium conveyed by the pump: -20 ℃~250 ℃
3. The pump is designed to operate at 16 bar.
4. The performance range (design point) of this series is flow rate: 6.3~600m3/h; Lift: 5~80m.
5. According to the different corrosion capabilities of the conveying medium, corresponding materials for overcurrent parts can be selected: ZG45, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, and 42CrMo for the shaft
