1: Overview
The JSY-4BS fully electronic voltage loss and interruption timer (LCD Han display) is a new generation product carefully designed and manufactured. This product is used to monitor the operating status of three-phase three wire (three-phase four wire) active (reactive) electricity meters. When the PT circuit (primary or secondary side) is blown or completely disconnected, and when the CT circuit is open or short circuited, the instrument will accurately determine the phase of the voltage loss and open or short circuit current, and record their corresponding time (or kWh) in detail. It also has sound and light alarms. The product also has infrared communication function and can be connected to GSM or CDMA to meet the customer's remote data transmission needs, in order to help the power metering department manage the power grid and supplement human or non-human leakage of electricity. When the phase sequence of the PT circuit is reversed, this instrument can issue a prompt, which is of great significance for strengthening electricity management and improving metering level. It is the most ideal energy metering and monitoring instrument.

3: Main functions
1. Voltage loss timing
When the voltage circuit (PT) loses voltage, it can timely and accurately determine the phase of the fault, record the cumulative time during the fault period, with a minimum unit of 0.01 hours. If external power pulse input is connected, abnormal power during the fault occurrence period can be recorded simultaneously.
2. Cut off timing
When the current circuit (CT) experiences interruption (electrical open circuit caused by various factors), it can timely and accurately determine the phase of the fault and record the cumulative time during the fault period. If there is an input of electrical energy pulses, abnormal electrical energy during the fault occurrence period can be recorded simultaneously.
3. Fault power record
When the instrument is connected to the energy meter, during the occurrence of a fault, the energy counter will automatically start to record abnormal electricity levels. Then, based on the recorded comprehensive parameters, a more accurate power replenishment can be obtained.
4. Record of fault frequency
When the voltage circuit (PT) loses voltage and the current circuit (CT) opens, the internal fault counter of the instrument starts to record the number of times the voltage circuit (PT) loses voltage or the number of times the current circuit (CT) breaks. It is an auxiliary parameter.
5. Phase sequence indication
When the phase sequence is correct, the phase sequence indicator light will turn off; When the phase sequence is reversed, the phase sequence indicator light will turn on.
6. Event recording
This instrument can timely record the starting date, starting time, ending date, and ending time of voltage loss and interruption in the order of event occurrence. There are up to 100 event record items.
7. Data communication
For instruments with communication functions, data communication can be carried out with communication terminals or upper computers through the RS485 communication auxiliary terminal of the instrument, and the communication distance is greater than 1200 meters without relay devices.
