Voltage loss in the voltage circuit of an energy meter is one of the main faults of high-voltage energy metering devices, which is the main reason for the loss of electricity and the need to replenish electricity. Especially when the voltage circuit of an energy meter is completely lost, the consequences are more serious, and the resulting electricity replenishment is highly arbitrary and lacks sufficient basis. For important metering occasions, such as power plant grid access points, power supply points, and large user metering points, due to monthly electricity consumption reaching 10 million kilowatt hours to over 10 billion kilowatt hours, this loss of electricity and replenishment of electricity have a serious impact on the fairness of settlement. In addition, due to the lack of alarm measures and inspection systems for voltage circuit faults in electric energy meters, long-term voltage circuit faults often occur, and electric energy metering devices operate under fault conditions for a long time, affecting the accuracy of electric energy metering.
The JSY-2B voltage loss timer is used to measure the fault time when there is a malfunction in the energy metering system. Although it does not belong to the energy metering device, it is necessary to consider using a voltage loss timer in the energy metering device. Therefore, the new version of the "Operation and Management Regulations for Electric Energy Metering Devices" (DL/T488-2000) and the "Interim Measures for the Management of National Interconnection Grid Gateway Electric Energy Metering Systems" have listed the voltage drop timer as an indispensable device in high-voltage electric energy metering devices.

The JSY-2B voltage drop timer can also provide a basis for the electricity department to analyze and eliminate the operation faults of the secondary circuit of the energy metering device. This product fully meets the requirements of the power industry standard "Technical Conditions for Voltage Loss Timer (DL/T566)" and also meets the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of "Multi functional Energy Meter (DL/T614)".
Main functions:
Accurately record the time of voltage loss in the energy metering circuit and the corresponding amount of lost power: under the condition that the load current is greater than the starting current, when the voltage loss in the energy metering voltage circuit (one phase, two phases or three phases) occurs, accurately accumulate the time of voltage loss, calculate the corresponding amount of lost power, indicate the phase of disconnection, and issue a voltage loss alarm until the voltage is restored to normal.
Accurately record the state and time of voltage loss fault: When one, two, or three phases lose voltage, record the starting time (below 78% of the rated voltage), ending time (above 85% of the rated voltage), current value, and power value respectively, and record the cumulative number and time of voltage loss.
Accurately record the no current state and time: When there is no current in one, two, or three phases (less than the starting current), record the corresponding time and voltage value, as well as the cumulative no current time and frequency.
Communication function: Equipped with RS-485 interface, capable of on-site and remote communication; Equipped with an infrared communication interface, data reading and programming settings can be performed on-site.
Used in conjunction with the electricity billing system: It can communicate with the main station of the electricity billing system and the on-site electricity data acquisition device to transmit information about voltage loss faults.
Phase sequence error monitoring and alarm: Display phase sequence and alarm for incorrect phase sequence.
Wrong wiring indication: It can display common wrong wiring errors.
Alarm method: Alarm is triggered by the flashing alarm indicator light on the panel; And output through relay contacts.
